London Business School is recruiting two Coordinator roles within our Philanthropy function: a Giving Coordinator and a Principal Giving Coordinator. We welcome applications from candidates interested in either role
Giving Coordinator
Reporting to the Executive Director, Giving, the Giving Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Major Giving and Corporate & Foundation Giving teams. The role focuses on diary management, meeting coordination, preparation of materials, stakeholder correspondence, data accuracy and event support.
Principal Giving Coordinator
Reporting to the Director, Principal Giving, the Principal Giving Coordinator supports the Principal Giving team, which works with senior volunteers and donors giving at £1m+ level. This role involves complex diary and travel coordination, preparation of donor materials, meeting support, expense processing, data management and support for high‑level cultivation events.
Both roles require excellent organisation, attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality administrative and operational support to senior fundraisers.
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, logistics and follow‑up actions.
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, correspondence and donor documentation to a high standard.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Support cultivation and stewardship events in the UK and overseas.
- Accurately process expenses, invoices and financial information.
- Work with the Data team to ensure gifts and donor activity are accurately recorded in Raiser’s Edge.
- Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate records for alumni, prospects and donors.
- Contribute to process improvement and continuous operational enhancement.
Who we are looking for
- Excellent organisational, time‑management and administrative skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and business systems; CRM experience (e.g. Raiser’s Edge) is desirable.
- A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience working in a customer‑facing, administrative or coordination role.

At London Business School, we support Smart Working - a hybrid approach designed to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering the best outcomes for your role and the needs of our customers. All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community.
For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 2 days per week.
We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work
