Stewardship Manager
The Role
Maternity Leave contract until June 2026
London Business School require a Stewardship Manager to join our Advancement department on a maternity leave contract. As the Stewardship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in furthering the ambitions of the newly established stewardship programme, focusing on Major and Principal Donors to the School. You will assist with the expansion of the stewardship programme, create compelling communications, and track the effectiveness of stewardship initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thinking creatively while being adept at scheduling and creating content plans.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in expanding a comprehensive stewardship programme for Major and Principal donors.
- Create communications and content that provide opportunities for donor engagement.
- Track and develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of the stewardship programme.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Donor Relations, Research, Data, and Alumni Engagement teams.

- Enjoyment of both creative and operational tasks.
- Excellent coordination and prioritisation skills, with experience managing diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a desire to support strategic priorities.
- Proven experience in writing compelling content, preferably in marketing or fundraising roles.
- Innovative, creative, and energetic approach to relationship development, with a target-driven mindset.

For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 2 days per week

Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs.
