Recruitment and Admissions Manager, EMBA Dubai

The Role

Are you interested in pursuing a career in Admissions at a prestigious business school based in Dubai? 

London Business School are thrilled to be recruiting for an organised and collaborative Admissions Manager, EMBA Dubai to join Degree Education in Dubai on a permanent basis.

You will work as part of the Leadership Programmes Recruitment and Admissions Team in Dubai, selecting the highest quality classes from the applicant pool, building relationships with candidates and persuading the very best to join London Business School. We play a key role in promoting the School at events in the UK and internationally. All this is done in the context of stretching revenue and volume targets.

Please note, this role will be located at the Dubai office.

Main Responsibilities

  • Read and select Executive MBA applications in line with class targets and School requirements.
  • Nurture and select high quality and diverse talent, maximising the applicant pipeline to support class and revenue targets.
  • Provide full customer service to all applicants including advising and guiding candidates through the admissions process, positively influencing their views of our Programme and School.
  • Arranging interviews for applicants with Alumni for defined candidate pools.
  • Developing personalised conversion (yield) plans for offered candidates to ensure they accept our offers, including connecting candidates to students/alumni and organising conversion events online, on-campus and potentially overseas.
  • Act as an ambassador for London Business School and present the School on campus, in the UK, UAE and regional presentations and fairs.

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in the Higher Education sector, recruitment industry i.e executive search, or professional services preferred.
  • Exceptional understanding of customer service with a strong interest in delivering high-end services.
  • Good organisational skills and time management ability.
  • IT literate and competent in the use of CRM databases and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with experience of managing different stakeholders.
  • Experience of applying engagement/sales techniques.
  • International experience or outlook and understanding of cultural diversity.
  • An awareness of the business education market and master's student profiles desirable.

This role will require attendance to the Dubai office at least 3 days per week.
