Programme Director, Early Careers ((G)MIM, MAM)

The Role

Can you lead the delivery of our early careers programmes?

Become the Programme Director for our early careers programmes. Lead the team for our Masters in Analytics and Management, Masters in Management and our Global Masters in Management. Ensure we deliver a high-quality learning experience for outstanding students who go onto have a profound impact on the world.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy and lead its implementation for our MAM, MiM and GMiM programmes
  • Actively engage in developing our early careers curriculum
  • Lead on the delivery of all areas of our early careers programme
  • Manage compliance for all quality assurance and accreditation requirements
  • Collaborate with our Marketing, Advancement, Recruitment and Admissions and Career Centre teams to ensure the best possible programme delivery
  • Represent the department when working with internal and external stakeholders.

Who we are looking for

Our ideal candidate will have:

  •  Previous experience, exposure and insight into Higher Education/ Business Schools/ Learning and Development
  • Previous experience with degree programme management/ or customer experience
  • Excellent negotiation, collaboration, communication and influencing skills
  • Strong understanding of learning design and delivery
  • Experience leading and implementing complex business change solutions
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and manage their priorities
  • Strategic, creative and dynamic approach to problem solving.
