The Role

After the successful appointment of the Executive Director of Alumni Engagement and as a demonstration of our commitment to our Alumni and their lifelong learning, we are delighted to advertise 4 key new roles within the team. These roles will be critical to broadening our engagement with Alumni and supporting the vision of the school’s ambitious and transformational ‘Forever Forward’ campaign. 

Do you have experience in delivering high quality service in Alumni Engagement? 

We are looking for a Manager Alumni Services & Learning to join the Advancement team on a permanent basis. You will look after all our services provided to our alumni ensuring that our offerings are relevant, accessible, and visible and serve the broad range of our alumni needs. 

This role will promote the access Alumni have to the school’s various resources, and you will track usage and feedback on the school's offerings to ensure quality standards. Working closely as part of the Benefits and Transition team, you will strive to reach as many alumni as possible in a meaningful way. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of engagement plans for our alumni, providing information to enable efficient and effective planning that meets Alumni Engagement objectives.  

  • Act as a key liaison for clients and stakeholders to build relationships and promote the school’s offerings within the alumni community 

  • Conduct research to identify alumni needs, and plan/deliver subsequent approaches/outreach plans with senior colleagues.  

  • Liaise across the teams and other departments to prepare reports to inform review, planning and decision making.  

  • Build a network of stakeholders across the school to facilitate improved communication and maintain knowledge of opportunities with alumni, clients, and stakeholders across the school.  

Who we are looking for

  • Demonstrable knowledge of business education and/or relevant sector.  

  • Excellent alumni and stakeholder experience.  

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with experience of managing a broad range of different stakeholders 

  • Experience of applying engagement techniques.  

  • Good project management skills.  

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a portfolio of clients and stakeholders.
