London Business School is looking for an Editor to bring its ideas, research and expertise to life for global audiences. As Editor, THINK, you will play a key role in developing and delivering high‑quality, multi‑format editorial content that elevates the School’s brand, showcases faculty thinking and creates compelling, “must‑read” moments across digital and print channels.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a cohesive editorial plan for Think at London Business School, aligned to the School’s thought leadership and research amplification strategy
- Commission, edit and manage high‑quality editorial content across print and digital formats, ensuring consistently high standards of storytelling and writing
- Work closely with faculty and subject‑matter experts to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging content for external audiences
- Lead the delivery of editorial content series and campaigns that increase reach, engagement and subscriptions
- Manage freelance writers and editorial suppliers, briefing effectively and ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are met
- Collaborate with colleagues across communications, marketing, digital, social media and events to support integrated content delivery
- Monitor content performance and quality, using insight to optimise reach, engagement and impact
- Stay up to date with publishing trends, audience behaviours and best practice in thought leadership content
Who we are looking for
- Significant experience in editorial, content or thought leadership roles, with a strong track record of producing high‑quality written content
- Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience managing complex editorial projects and working with senior stakeholders and external contributors
- Strong understanding of business, management or thought leadership content, with the ability to engage confidently with academic or expert audiences
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- A collaborative communicator, comfortable working across teams and influencing without direct authority
- Curious, forward‑looking and motivated to continuously improve content quality and impact

At London Business School, we support Smart Working - a hybrid approach designed to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering the best outcomes for your role and the needs of our customers. All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community.
For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 2 days per week.
We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work
