Business Insights & Data Analytics Manager
The Role
London Business School are looking for a Business Insights & Data Analytics Manager to join our Executive Education department
You will contribute, support and lead the implementation of delivery of world class technology and Analytics services to Executive Education’s participants, clients and staff, design and delivery of seamless and impactful learning experiences.
Also you will ensure the development, enhancement and maintenance of current and new technologies employed in Executive Education.
Main Responsibilities
- Apply specialist technical knowledge across a range of different areas to deliver required services in line with defined processes, escalating queries or tasks if outside own technical knowledge and/or standard procedure for own area.
- Collate, cleanse, and analyse data using systems such as PowerBI, SalesForce, CRM Dynamics and Saviom and make recommendations to support relevant activity within EE. The requests may include sales pipeline numbers of queries, providing data for accreditation purposes, contributing demographic data to inform the School's Inclusion and Diversity strategy and others.
- Undertake investigations and inspections of data, processes and working practices in accordance with established procedure to identify actual/potential compliance issues and recommend appropriate action.
Who we are looking for
- May be working towards relevant professional qualification.
- Good communication skills and the ability to break down technical issues and explain them in layman’s terms.
- Experience of using software related to own area of specialism to extract, analyse and report on data.
- Good project management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Positive experience of working within a customer-services orientated environment.
- Budget management experience
- Consultant level knowledge in Learning Technologies
- Be adaptable and flexible
- Highly advanced IT skills and experience
- Advanced Internet and AI systems usage
Desirable
- Programming skills in MySQL, PowerBI
- Advanced level of HTML, CSS, DAX and Javascript
- Quick to learn new software (i.e. web content management)
