Alumni Experience Manager - MENA

The Role

Help Shape the Future of Alumni Engagement in the MENA Region with London Business School

London Business School require a new Alumni Experience Manager to join our Dubai campus on a permanent basis. As the Alumni Experience Manager MENA, you will ensure graduating students and recent alumni have a smooth transition from students to alumni. You will inform them of the benefits of being part of the LBS Alumni community and how they can get involved. Working across our alumni in the region, with a focus on our newest alumni, you will support Alumni clubs and identify students/new alumni who will serve as class representatives and key school advocates in the future.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including alumni and faculty.
  • Implement engagement techniques to enhance alumni involvement and satisfaction.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support alumni clubs and identify key advocates within the alumni community.

Who we are looking for

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with experience managing a large range of stakeholders.
  • Sound business development skills and project management experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of business education and/or relevant sectors.
