The Role

Are you a passionate Web Content Editor who is keen to make an impact to the School’s online presence?

We are looking for a Web Content Editor to join our progressive Brand and Marketing team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible the day to day maintenance of content on the School’s external facing websites. You will also make web updates, build and publish web pages, audit and update existing content and monitor website performance against set objectives and KPIs.  

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Marketing Manager and wider department through a range of tasks to ensure that the School's online presence delivers against audience engagement, advocacy and acquisition goals.
• Responsible for ensuring web content is accurately edited, published and maintained in a timely manner.
• Develop standard brand materials, or support the professional in-house production of more complex brand materials to help promote London Business School.  
• Book services of internal suppliers/ resources (e.g. audio visual and catering) to support the smooth running of projects and/or campaigns.  
• Organise, upload into and monitor databases and records to ensure accurate recording, completed in a timely manner in line with established processes.  
• Collate information to produce regular standardised management reports to support decision making within the department.  

Who we are looking for

• Experience of using Customer Management Systems (CMS) systems to upload and publish online content, and experience editing content is essential.
• Great communication skills with the ability to address a variety of stakeholders, as well as excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using Google Analytics/Photoshop (desirable).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practice (desirable).
• Intermediate HTML/CSS knowledge (desirable)
