Are you ready for your next recruitment challenge?

It will be up to you to meet with line managers and advise on all of our recruitment initiatives. Leverage your in-depth market knowledge and be strategic in everything you do. You will continue to fill our School with the people who have a profound impact on the way the world does business.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
• Make sure quality talent is reviewed and moved forward in the recruitment process
• Implement improvements to our processes and procedures
• Advise on sourcing strategies
• Maintain an awareness of budgetary spend

Who we are looking for

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in internal or agency recruitment
• Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• An ability to break down technical issues and explain them in layman’s terms
• Experience in a customer-services orientated environment or working with budgets
