Subject Area Manager
The Role
Work with our World Class Faculty
We’re looking for an organised team player to provide managerial support to our Management, Science and Operations subject area. We’ll look to you to develop and deliver a strategy to support faculty in their research and teaching. You’ll also provide leadership to a team of faculty assistants.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead a team of faculty assistants
- Manage budgets, activities and events for teaching and research initiatives
- Work closely with the Subject Area Chair in the recruitment and onboarding of new faculty and PhD students
- Act as the principal point of contact between the Subject Area and other departments of the School and key external stakeholders
Who we are looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong proven administration experience
- Significant project/programme management experience
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and IT skills, especially in Excel
- Line management experience
- Experience working in an education environment is desirable
