Subject Area Manager
The Role
Work with our World Class Faculty
We’re looking for an organised team player to provide managerial support to our Management Science and Operations subject area. We’ll look to you to lead the team, and plan and execute a variety of events to help maintain the reputation of the department and the wider school.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead a team of faculty assistants to ensure administrative services are delivered in an efficient, responsive and professional manner
- Manage budgets, activities and events for both teaching and research initiatives
- Work closely with the SAC in the recruitment and onboarding of new faculty and PhD students, taking a lead in key activities
- Act as the principal point of contact between the Subject Area and other departments of the School and key external stakeholders
Who we are looking for
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong proven administration experience
- Significant project/programme management experience
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and IT skills
- Line management experience
