Student Recruitment Manager

The Role

Inspire candidates to join our world-leading business school

As a student recruitment manager, you’ll develop a recruitment strategy to engage a pipeline of top-tier candidates from around the world for our Masters in Finance Programme. We will look to you manage the enquiry pipeline, actively identify, target and nurture high-calibre candidates

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the candidate pipeline for the MIF Programme (Part time and full time)
  • Manage a Student Recruitment Associate, ensuring excellent candidate service and effective nurturing activities take place
  • Represent London Business School internationally and domestically at recruitment fairs, information sessions and networking receptions
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Correctly identify and cultivate appropriate candidates for all degree programmes through our CRM
  • Build a thorough understanding of all aspects of Degree Education offered at London Business School and recognise opportunities for cross-programme selling
  • Develop awareness of our competitor landscape and what differentiates us (as a School and per programme)

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in the Higher Education sector, recruitment industry or professional services preferred but not essential. 
  • An awareness of the business education market is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided, especially in the finance sector 
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with experience of managing a large range of different stakeholders 
  • Experience of applying sales, engagement and conversion techniques to similar pipelines  
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a portfolio of clients and stakeholders 
  • Sound understanding of the wider School’s offerings and the offerings of our competitors
