Student Recruitment Manager

London Business School are excited to be recruiting for a collaborative and motivational Student Recruitment Manager, Graduate Masters to join Degree Education on a fixed-term basis until September 2026.
You will be responsible for securing a stable pipeline of suitable qualified applicants for the Masters in Management and Global Masters in Management programme. The postholder will manage a Recruitment Associate and oversee the portfolio's recruitment/sales activities.
This role is responsible for building relationships with relevant stakeholders (Marketing, Events, Admissions, Advancement and Careers) to support, develop and manage their pipelines. You will need to develop relationships with candidates in order to recruit and convert the highest quality applicants from the pipelines. Relationships should also be built within team, ensuring that you can cross sell the portfolio of Graduate Masters programmes, as well as expanding your knowledge across the range of wider degree programmes.
Please note, this is a fixed-term position until September 2026.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide input into strategic global recruitment activities and be responsible for producing regular recruitment and pipeline reports for the senior stakeholders.
- Represent the School and the Graduate Masters Recruitment and Admissions Team on campus, in London and abroad through events, networking receptions, one to one meetings and similar activities.
- Communicate the value of our Programmes to individuals, being able to effectively understand candidate needs and navigate them through our offering and admissions processes.
- Act as an ambassador for the School and deliver presentations and network at events to promote the School and its offerings.
- Manage customer issues and concerns to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer and the School.
- Become the product and market expert, developing specialist knowledge of the programme, Alumni, and students to support content and recruitment strategies.
Who we are looking for
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management ability.
- IT literate and competent in the use of CRM databases and Excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with experience of managing different stakeholders.
- Experience of applying engagement/sales techniques.
- Excellent understanding of customer service with a strong interest in delivering high-end services.
- International experience or outlook and understanding of cultural diversity.
- Collaborative team player with experience working in a dynamic multi-service organisation.
- Experience in the Higher Education sector, recruitment industry or professional services preferred but not essential.
- An awareness of the business education market and master's student profiles desirable but not required.

For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus at least 2 days per week.

Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs.
