Student Recruitment Associate
The Role
Do you have a strong administrative background with exceptional customer service and communication skills?
London Business School are looking for a Student Recruitment Associate to join Recruitment and Admissions on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for nurturing a strong pipeline of suitable prospective students for the Masters in Finance full-time and part-time programmes.
You will deliver on various recruitment activities, such as candidate CV screening, hosting small group meet ups, one-to-one conversations, live events and writing blogs. You will embody the tone of voice of the School, managing a busy email inbox for the programmes, answering enquiries professionally and promptly to build relationships with prospective students. The Student Recruitment Associate will represent the School virtually, on-campus, and in London through events and networking opportunities, one-to-one meetings and similar activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact within the team for prospective or current student/stakeholder enquiries, exceeding their needs and expectations.
- Identify and shortlist prospective applicants via CV screening and nurturing the pipeline of potential candidates by conducting one-to-one consultations online and in-person.
- Develop relationships with candidates to recruit and convert the highest quality applicants from their pipelines. You will also develop relationships with stakeholders across the department and other areas of the School.
- Frequently use the CRM to record activity and engage with candidates.
- Communicate the value of our Masters in Finance, and on occasion the rest of our programme portfolio to individuals, understand candidate’s needs and navigate them through our offering and admissions processes.
