Senior Recruitment and Admissions Manager
The Role
We are hiring for two 12 month fixed term roles
Can you help us transform the way the world does business?
We are looking for two Senior Recruitment & Admissions Managers who can lead an ambitious, hard-working team and select the best for our world-leading Leadership Programmes. You will be leading on either the SLOAN and EMBA Global programmes, or the EMBA London programme. You’ll manage the admissions and recruitment process, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and select the best high-achieving candidates to enhance our impact in a highly competitive market.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the admissions process for the leadership programmes
- Lead the leadership programmes Recruitment & Admissions Team
- Serve a demanding multi-cultural applicant group
- Take responsibility for the scholarships award process
Who we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification)
- Knowledge and experience of recruitment
- A global approach with strong cultural awareness and sensitivity
- A track record of developing, managing and motivating a team
- Highly developed planning and analytical skills
