Senior Recruitment and Admissions Manager

The Role

We are advertising for two positions: one permanent, one fixed term for 12 months

Can you help us transform the way the world does business?
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment & Admissions Manager who can lead an ambitious, hard-working team and select the best for our world-leading early careers programmes. You’ll manage the admissions and recruitment process, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and select the best high-achieving candidates to enhance our impact in a highly competitive market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the early careers admissions process
  • Lead the early careers  Recruitment & Admissions Team
  • Serve a demanding multi-cultural applicant group
  • Take responsibility for the scholarships award process

Who we are looking for

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification)
  • Knowledge and experience of recruitment and admissions in leading Business Schools and universities
  • A global approach with strong cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • A track record of developing, managing and motivating a team
  • Highly developed planning and analytical skills
