The Role
Do you have experience delivering marketing campaigns?
London Business School are excited to be looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the Brand and Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Degree Education (DE), you will own the planning, development and reporting of priority marketing campaigns targeting prospective DE students, while also shaping our broader marketing strategy and annual plans.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve joint goals and objectives, attending regular stakeholder meetings and immersing yourself within the product portfolios and audiences.
Please note, this role is a fixed-term contract. The start date for this position is 30th June until July 2026.
Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to and execute the strategic plan for the business unit, ensuring alignment with department goals and the School’s bold vision.
- Work hand-in-hand with internal teams, creative agencies, media agency and contractors — from first brief to final delivery — to bring powerful campaigns and brand initiatives to life.
- Analyse and interrogate the performance of content, campaigns, and initiatives, using insights to fuel smarter strategies and continuous improvement.
- Represent the department at pipeline meetings, delivering sharp performance insights by interrogating data and providing clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Be the expert voice on high-profile, high-impact projects, ensuring smart, strategic delivery every time.
- Design or commission standout content and materials that not only meet customer needs but raise the bar for quality and creativity.
- Develop strong, positive and supportive working relationships with colleagues across the Brand & Marketing, Degree Education and Communications Departments.
Who we are looking for
- 5+ years of marketing experience at manager level and professional marketing qualification(s)
- Experience developing, implementing and measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns and activities to deliver business targets.
- Experience leading complex projects from briefing to execution to performance analysis with both creative and media agency partners.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Superb interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at every level.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and self-motivated to achieve goals and continuously improve performance.
- A proven ability to set and measure against KPIs, and to analyse and effectively use marketing data and analytics.
- Financial management experience and commercial acumen, with impeccable attention to detail.
