Senior Global Recruitment Manager

The Role

Do you consider yourself a natural leader?
We are looking for a new Senior Global Recruitment Manager to join our Degree Education and Career Centre (DECC). The vision is to attract and nurture diverse global talent in our Leadership programmes. The Senior Global Recruitment Manager will sit within the Global Recruitment team that is part of the overall Recruitment & Admissions department.

Can you help us hit our business targets and grow our talent pool?
As a Senior Global Recruitment Manager for Leadership Programmes, you will also lead your team in maintaining and managing candidate pipelines. As part of this, you will collaborate with Columbia Business School on EMBA Global pipelines activities and strategy. 

Main Responsibilities

You’ll also:

• Proactively seek opportunities to build relationships with prospective students.
• Produce complex, high-quality reports with in-depth analysis and rationale to review, plan and make decisions.
• Champion our CRM system, using data to inform current decisions and initiatives.
• Create and deliver dynamic presentations to targeted audiences.
• Encourage strong performance and enable career progression in your team.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree of equivalent experience.
• A wealth of knowledge in Higher Education or a Business School setting.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences.
• Naturally analytical and problem-solving.
• Fantastic project management capabilities with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience of leading teams effectively to achieve targets.
• Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
