Senior Account Manager

The Role

Can you develop world-class client relationships?

We’re looking for a flexible self-starter to manage a portfolio of valued clients, and take the lead on delivering excellent and seamless end to end account and project management.

As Senior Account Manager within our Executive Education team, you will lead on the day-to-day client relationship and project management for clients within your portfolio. You will collaborate with colleagues to translate business won in to a well-planned, designed and managed project, keeping all client and project stakeholders informed and on track.

Main Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, leading on day-to-day client interaction
  • Meeting revenue and quality programme targets
  • Understanding Client and programme needs, communicating scope, key milestones and KPI’s to all programme stakeholders
  • Track and continuously improve our programmes to exceed customer needs and deliver impact

Who we are looking for

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of client relationship management
  • Experience of key account management
  • Experience in leading projects and project teams
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Proven financial management skills and commercial acumen
  • Experience in negotiation, networking, and influencing
  • Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels  
  • Knowledge of business education market, LBS and competitor school offerings
  • Prior experience working in a learning business is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of adult learning methodologies is an advantage
  • Language skills is an advantage
