Project Support Officer

The Role

Fixed Term contract until July 2027

London Business School are looking for a Project Support Officer to join our Technology team until July 2027.

As a key member of the Aware to Admit (A2A) Project Delivery Team, you will support the successful design, implementation, and rollout of our Salesforce solutions. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager (A2A), you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring high-quality project documentation, smooth delivery, and an elevated customer experience aligned with LBS’s premium positioning.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Education Cloud and Marketing Cloud initiatives within the A2A programme.
  • Prepare, maintain, and version-control project documentation; produce meeting minutes, action logs, and stakeholder updates.
  • Coordinate Agile delivery activities and ceremonies; collaborate closely with project, development, testing, and stakeholder teams.
  • Manage reporting and tracking in Azure DevOps and SharePoint; produce clear status reports in Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Assist with UAT planning and execution; compile release notes and support change control processes.
  • Uphold data protection standards, including GDPR/PECR, particularly around consent and preferences.

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in Project Support/Coordinator roles within Agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM programme (preferably Salesforce).
  • Strong command of Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and MS Excel/PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Excellent organisation skills: minute-taking, action tracking, stakeholder coordination.
  • Familiarity with UAT, release notes, and change control.
  • Understanding of GDPR/PECR in marketing communications and consent management.

For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 2 days per week

We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work
