Programme Manager, SLOAN

The Role

Can you help shape the business leaders of tomorrow? 

 

The LBS Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy is a unique specialist programme for experienced senior professionals. As our Programme Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for the Sloan Fellows, providing excellent tailored support.

 

You’ll work closely with the Senior Programme Manager and the Programme Director and play an integral role in the planning and delivery of the programme. Being part of a small team means that you’ll be directly involved with areas of the programme, and will be across a wide range of activities including event management and project management. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and organised administrator ready for their next step into the exciting world of higher education programme management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support in the day-to-day management of the Sloan programme, delivering a high-quality student experience
  • Manage student relationships and associated administrative duties
  • Plan and deliver a portfolio of annual events and activities 
  • Contribute to the design and development of the programme  
  • Collate feedback from Sloan Fellows and use learnings to enhance student experience 
  • Support the Programme Director, Senior Programme Manager and wider Leadership programmes in the development and implementation of new initiatives programme and activities.

Who we are looking for

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience of managing a large range of different stakeholders and managing challenging stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - Experience of public speaking/delivery of information to large audiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Innovative with experience of continuous improvement practices and processes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
