Programme Director, EMBA Dubai

The Role

Our Executive MBA is one of the most respected programmes of its kind. You will be based in Dubai working alongside our London-based Director of Executive MBA programmes to keep our London and Dubai programmes aligned. Your expertise will ensure the learning and support environment that our students expect is well developed.

Main Responsibilities

• Overseeing and enhancing the overall student experience, in line with student expectations and school policy
• Leading, managing and mentoring the Dubai programme team to ensure the students are very well supported throughout their entire academic journey.
• Developing strong faculty relationships and encouraging faculty involvement in the programme.
• Management of programme budgets.
• Developing and managing a high-performing team in Dubai, including three direct reports, and maintaining a positive, collaborative culture in the Dubai Centre.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders in Dubai and London to ensure a smooth and professional operation that complies with the School’s internal processes and our external regulators and accreditation panels
• Supporting our Recruitment and Admissions team in the region to deliver high calibre student cohorts each January and September.

Who we are looking for

• Degree-level education, preferably with a Masters degree.
• A strong track record in business education or higher education.
• Substantial programme leadership experience, involving financial and people management.
• Strong problem-solving, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills at a group and individual level, with ability and willingness to manage difficult conversations and unplanned situations when required.
• Knowledge and experience of the Middle East is highly desirable.
