The Role

Help us transform the way the world does business

We’re looking for a Porter to provide support to the whole school community. 

Committed to great customer service, you’ll help inspire individuals around the world

Joining our Campus Services and Developments department as a Porter, you’ll provide day-to-day support in the upkeep of both internal and external areas of the School, including room set ups, office moves, driving duties not essential, post rounds and processing all aspects of mail and deliveries. 

Main Responsibilities

You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our global business as you:

  • Co-ordinate, prioritise, undertake  and manage all aspects of Portering services
  • Communicate and liaise with internal and external customers
  • Positively contribute to meetings to ensure the Campus Services and Developments department continuously improves
  • Plan and deliver a wide variety of items, as well as load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicles

Who we are looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Good team working and communication skills
  • A full, clean drivers licence, desirable.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations, including manual handling
  • Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong organisational and time management skills
  • The flexibility to work a variety of shifts
