Marketing Executive
The Role
Do you have marketing and stakeholder management experience?
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join the Brand & Marketing team on a permanent basis. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the wider Brand & Marketing team to deliver a range of multi-channel marketing and communication activities that support our masters portfolio including our flagship MBA programme, from email to social, from digital content to collateral production.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing - DECC, you will be a self-starter, able to take ownership of projects and tasks, while confidently communicating with stakeholders in the wider School. You will be supported by more senior members of the team where necessary and have impeccable organisational skills ensuring the day to day running of the team is supported through items such as status reports, project management, content calendars and reporting.
Main Responsibilities
- Draft and develop briefs, content and materials to support campaigns, initiatives and other activities such as website content, collateral, social posts, print and digital advertisements, partnership assets etc.
- Provide specialist/technical knowledge to inform the design of materials, and/or the development of campaigns/ initiatives in line with best practice.
- Work with in-house and external creative teams to ensure quality content is developed that meets brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the recruitment and admissions team, career centre and programme office to ensure successful planning and integration of marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain monitoring mechanisms to record and track engagement levels, response rates and achievement of key performance indicator targets.
Who we are looking for
- First-rate organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail - confident in proofreading, sub-editing and creative feedback.
- Experience of delivering successful content marketing projects and campaigns across paid and owned channels
- Experience in digital marketing
- Good project management skills.
- Great communication and good at working under pressure in a stakeholder-facing role.
