The Role

This is a 9 month fixed-term contract

Are you keen to help us nurture tomorrow’s leaders?

Become our Career Coach for our Masters in Finance students. Give the students the tools to maximise their potential post-LBS.

Can you equip our students with the skills to become future finance leaders?

Help our students find postgraduate employment in our new normal. Support students in making sense of their career development throughout their journey with us. Coach one to one as well as deliver and deign career and skill development workshops.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the design and delivery of our careers curriculum
  • Assisting students by coaching them through exploring career goals and managing their careers
  • Ensuring you are up-to-date with labour market knowledge
  • Engaging with student groups and key alumni for networking opportunities

We generate research and ideas that leave a lasting impact on people, businesses and markets around the world. To do that, we ensure we have the talent, tools and infrastructure to share our thinking globally. In this role, you will ensure every student has an excellent career experience.

Who we are looking for

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Understanding of the labour market that finance students face and the industries they would be interested
  • Knowledge of training delivery methods including blended learning approaches
  • Extensive experience developing innovative and engaging workshops as well as one-to-one career coaching for those at mid-career level
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with the wider Career Centre team
