Junior Finance Assistant

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure all purchase invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolve queries from employees and suppliers
  • Proactively deal with account discrepancies including supplier statement reconciliations
  • Ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Accounts Payable Manager

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • GCSE Level English and Maths
  • IT skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise
  • Team working skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
