IT Support Manager

The Role

(6 Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Our IT team are one of our driving forces, keeping us switched on, plugged in and linked up. Now, we’re looking for a managerial expert who can supercharge those efforts.

Can you guide your team to deliver a top-quality service?

In this role you will support our technologists as we deliver key projects and daily workloads. Coordinating, engaging, advising and activating – you’ll cover the diverse range of responsibilities that come with an agile and quick-thinking team. 

Main Responsibilities

That includes:

• Ensuring customer experience is at the forefront of the service delivered
• Maintaining and growing the capability and productivity of our staff
• Managing and coordinating available resources
• Communicating and collaborating with senior stakeholders
• Acting as a key contact for our team

Who we are looking for

• Operational knowledge and experience in an IT environment, in an interim role
• A very good technical understanding of desktop computing and audio visual environments
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence decisions, build relationships with stakeholders in a short timeframe
• Ability to take ownership of issues, tasks and see them through to resolution
• Budget and portfolio management experience
