HR Administrator / Data Administrator

The Role

This is maternity cover up to 12 months.

Are you driven, proactive and experienced in HR? 

Join us as an HR Administrator / Data Administrator. Support our world-class faculty with their data needs.

Are you keen to work with academics and make a difference?

Report on faculty data and maintain our systems. Support PhD students and researchers. Help us run a proactive service within the Research and Faculty Office.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing data and systems management and advising the team on the management of systems solutions
  • Onboarding new faculty, arranging events and advising on immigration requirements
  • Managing faculty professional development as well as performance reviews and other reviews/projects
  • Managing the payment of informal teaching and research support staff on the occasional payroll
  • Minute taking during committee meetings along with management of the teaching and honorary awards process

Who we are looking for

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Higher Education and Business Schools is desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • An understanding of HR databases with prior experience in an HR function
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Experience with iTrent, Interfolio and an understanding of immigration/visa processes is desirable but not essential
