Global Experiences Administrator
The Role
You will join Degree Education as a Global Experiences Administrator on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will support the Global Experiences team in delivering high-quality, applied and integrative learning experiences for students. You will provide operational and administrative support across the planning, execution, and review of a portfolio of global experiential programmes.
You will work closely with colleagues within the Global Experiences team, as well as Programme Offices for the relevant degree programmes, and a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of these impactful initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Help to manage and maintain all key data related to global initiatives.
- Support the efficient and professional production and distribution of materials (including publications, emails and websites) used in the development and delivery of global initiatives.
- Assist with the co-ordination of on and off campus events related to global initiatives.
- Support the efficient and timely distribution of information to students/participants/stakeholders using the most effective form of communications.
Who we are looking for
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to address a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Great attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
- Good team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proven experience working within an administrative role.

For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus at least twice per week, typically Tuesdays and Thursdays.
We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work
