Provide high‑quality executive support in a world‑leading business school
London Business School is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant provide professional, proactive and high‑quality administrative and operational support to senior leaders within Executive Education.
This is a demanding and rewarding role, ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with senior stakeholders, and takes pride in enabling leaders to perform at their best.
You will provide trusted, high‑quality executive support to one or more Executive Directors and, depending on business need, may also support the Associate Dean for Executive Education.
You will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare high‑quality documentation, and act as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders. You will also contribute to a collaborative executive support model, providing flexible cover and shared support where required.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to senior leaders within Executive Education.
- Manage complex and frequently changing diaries, meetings, events and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and coordinate high quality briefing materials, presentations, papers and correspondence.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders, exercising sound judgement, discretion and professionalism.
- Support meetings and events, including agenda preparation, logistics, note taking and follow up actions.
- Work collaboratively within the Executive Assistant hub to ensure consistent, efficient ways of working and effective cover arrangements.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Support ad hoc projects and operational activity as required to enable the delivery of Executive Education objectives.
Who we are looking for
- Significant experience providing executive level administrative support to senior leaders.
- Proven ability to manage complex diaries, international travel and high level meetings.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting, editing and proofreading.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution focused approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in higher education, professional services or similarly complex environments (desirable).

At London Business School, we support Smart Working - a hybrid approach designed to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering the best outcomes for your role and the needs of our customers. All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community.
For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 2 days per week.
We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work
