Play a key role in engaging with our prospective students

We’re looking for a personable creative team player to join our Engagement department as a Digital Communications Manager. Target and nurture high-calibre prospective students and convert them into strong applicants for our full portfolio of programmes. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing digital communications campaigns using a range of skills including copywriting and proofreading, campaign and content planning and segmentation. You’ll have strong copywriting skills, be highly customer-focused, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare, design and deliver compelling email campaigns that meet our business objectives
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and manage our database effectively
• Produce world-class copy that communicates our key messages
• Support with departmental branding and content branding
• Conduct research and offer insights that will improve our programmes
• Manage our recruitment and admissions blog

Who we are looking for

• Experience in communications or marketing or similar  
• Expertise in copywriting
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Robust communication and team work skills
• Experience with automation and photoshop would be desirable
