Development Manager – Leadership Annual Giving

The Role

Are you an experienced fundraiser with the ability to build lasting relationships?

As Development Manager, Leadership Annual Giving you will proactively manage a substantive portfolio of prospects and donors to deliver unrestricted gifts at the leadership annual giving level (4 to 5 figure gifts) in support of the School’s strategic priorities. With fundraising experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to develop lasting relationships, you’ll work hard to develop tactical engagement plans to raise critical funds for the School.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 200 prospects
  • Meet or exceed income targets
  • Carefully track progress of prospects through the cultivation cycle through robust and measurable KPI’s
  • Increase the breadth and depth of our pipeline by effectively building relationships

Who we are looking for

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A track record of securing 4 and 5-figure gifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build relationships, influence and negotiate at senior levels
  • Readiness to ask for money and close big deals
  • Target-driven and resilient
