Development Manager – Reunion

The Role

This role is integral to LBS’s most successful annual fundraising activity: Reunion.

Our Reunion programme has a strong tradition, with alumni coming together each year to raise a substantial amount of money in support of the School’s priorities.

  • Opportunities to grow a flagship programme
  • Contribute to the plans and delivery of our upcoming £200 million transformational campaign

Main Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage alumni volunteers who help inspire their classmates to give back during their Reunion
  • Manage a portfolio of individual prospects/donors to deliver 4 and 5-figure gifts in support of Reunion

Who we are looking for

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience recruiting and managing volunteers to fundraise for a charitable organisation
  • Skilled at building relationships, negotiating, and influencing at a senior level
  • Ability to solicit 4 and 5-figure gifts from individuals
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Innovative and energetic
