Development Manager, Leadership Annual Giving

The Role

Help us transform the way the world does business


We’re looking for an experienced Development Manager – Leadership Annual Giving to build, manage and leverage a considerable portfolio of donors and prospects and help secure our success for years to come.

Develop value relationships


As Development Manager – Leadership Annual Giving, you’ll proactively seek to secure gifts at the £1,000-£10,000 per annum level. With fundraising experience, excellent communication skills and a quality for developing lasting relationships, you’ll work hard to achieve and exceed targets, developing tactical engagement plans to guarantee success. 

Main Responsibilities

Here you’ll:
• Manage a portfolio of up to 200 prospects
• Meet or exceed income targets
• Carefully track progress of prospects through the cultivation cycle through robust and measurable KPI’s
• Increase the breadth and depth of our pipeline by effectively building relationships

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Track record of securing 4 and 5-figure gifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships, influence and negotiate at senior levels
• Readiness to ask for money and close big deals
• Target-driven and able to work under pressure
