Data Coordinator

The Role

(Up to 12 Months Fixed Term Contract)

Join us as a Data Coordinator and maintain our alumni database. Help us keep in touch with our growing community across the world.

Can you use Raiser’s Edge to maintain top class data quality?

Work with our IT team to ensure we’re successfully processing alumni information and keeping it safe with the latest software updates. Maximise the database’s capability and impact through data management. Build relationships across the School. Your work will enables us to build alumni support and encourage pioneering philanthropy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Working with IT Team to ensure Raiser’s Edge is up-to-date, from testing updates to creating documentation
  • Follow processes to ensure efficient data transfers between different systems
  • Data management through regular cleaning and guaranteeing compliance with the relevant regulation
  • Transforming and transferring date for standard reports and external analysis
  • Be the point of contact within the school, solving routine problems and escalating where necessary
  • Continually review processes and proactively suggest ways to improve efficiency

Who we are looking for

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of using databases, including importing data and creating query 
  • Experience with relevant software including Raiser’s Edge and MS Office Suite
  • Able to quickly categorise information and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating with a variety of stakeholders
  • Exceptional time management skills and able to work independently
  • Previous higher education or charity sector experience beneficial
  • Further education or equivalent, relevant vocational qualification beneficial
