Credit Control Analyst
The Role
Are you a junior Credit Controller looking to gain more skills?
We are looking for someone to join the credit control team to support with the financial aspect of our Open Programmes. You'll be responsible for tracking and managing participants payments, invoicing students and regularly running an outstanding payment report to ensure debts are chased and paid. You'll also be involved with our Executive Education Admissions team by issuing invoices within the set timeline of each course taking place, to ensure all funds are collected.
Main Responsibilities
- High quality support service provide to all stakeholders
- Production of high quality materials
- Up- to- date diary management
- Timely response to and resolution of enquiries, requests and issues
- Accuracy and integrity of data in business systems
- Compliance with processes, procedures and standards
- Accuracy of financial records
- Contributions to process reviews and operational improvements
Who we are looking for
- Good communication skills and the ability to address a variety of stakeholders
- Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages, systems and/or databases
- Proactive approach to relationship development with colleagues
- Good attention to detail
- Good time management skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to interpret and apply guidelines to a specific activity
- Experience in standard financial management processes
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
