Business Readiness Manager

The Role

This role is a maternity cover for up to 12 months.

Due to COVID-19, the LBS community are adhering to government guidelines and socially distancing. As a result, whilst under lockdown, this role can be performed remotely.

Join us as a Business Readiness Manager. Help us smoothly transition when new technology changes the way we do business.

Can you make a difference in the working lives of your colleagues?

Give advice and direction on managing the people side of business change. Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders across our LBS community. Use your natural creativity to be agile in changing circumstances.

Main Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the business to understand their goals and identifying how change may impact their ways of working
  • Developing and delivering engaging communications to support the implementation of change programmes
  • Working with the IT training team to ensure appropriate training is provided for those impacted by technology change

Who we are looking for

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to think creatively and be future focused
  • Experience delivering change or leading in a fluid environment
  • Experience an IT change project environment is desirable but not necessary
