Alumni Engagment Coordinator
The Role
Can you make light work of outstanding customer service?
Our Advancement team works hard to support the school’s ambitious future through stakeholder engagement and fundraising. As a Coordinator, Alumni Clubs, you will largely support the Alumni Clubs portfolio and provide broad administrative support across the Alumni Engagement team on a range of projects, initiatives and Reunion events where needed. You will deliver outstanding customer service to the alumni community as the first point of contact to a range of queries relating to alumni events.
Main Responsibilities
• Be responsible for the alumni relations mailbox managing emails and phone enquires, responding to all queries in a timely manner and provide world-class service
• Support data handling and use our Alumni platform and booking platforms to assist with events
• Support on all club events, working on event full delivery cycle including set up with the space team, ordering refreshments, registrations online, posting the event, tracking attendance, creating name badges, manning the registration desk and being at the event to welcome guest , this will include some evening working.
• Carry out general administrative duties for the Alumni Engagement Team
• Take responsibility for expense processing for the Team to ensure all supplier invoices and team expenses are paid in a timely manner
• Support on the tracking of events

• Experience with events
• Experience with handling data
• The ability to build rapport with both alumni and colleagues across the business
