Administrator, London Projects
The Role
London Business School is seeking an Administrator, London Projects to support the delivery of high‑quality, applied learning experiences within Degree Education. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Experiential Learning, the role provides essential administrative and operational support across the London Projects portfolio, working closely with faculty, students, and internal and external stakeholders.
This role is ideal for an organised and proactive administrator with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will support programme delivery, manage information and resources, contribute to a positive student experience, and help ensure London Projects run smoothly and efficiently within a world‑class academic environment.
Main Responsibilities
- High-quality support service provided to students, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Timely response to and resolution of enquiries, requests and issues.
- Timely availability of materials and supplies.
- Accuracy and integrity of data in business systems.
- Development of relationships within and outside the team.
- Area/team compliance with necessary regulations/processes.
- Contributions to process reviews and operational improvements.
- Contribution to the successful delivery of high-quality London programmes.
Who we are looking for
- Sound stakeholder engagement skills with experience of effectively working with a large range of different internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive approach to relationship development with colleagues.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise.
- Excellent team working skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in standard financial management processes is a bonus.

For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus at least 2 days per week with the need for flexibility based on business needs.
We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs.
