The Role
London Business School are looking for a proactive and well-organised Stock Co-Ordinator to support the smooth, high-quality delivery of Executive Education programmes.
In this role, you will make sure the right materials and resources are available, accurate and within budget. You will manage day-to-day inventory control and the stock room, monitor stock levels, order materials, complete monthly stock checks, track loan items, maintain data and standard materials, and provide first-line operational support to colleagues and stakeholders.
This is an important operational role for someone who enjoys keeping processes running smoothly, takes pride in accuracy, and is confident working with colleagues across a busy service environment.
This roles requires you to be on campus 5 days per week
Main Responsibilities
Monitor stock levels and order materials and resources, ensuring appropriate stock is maintained within budget.
Prepare reorder lists and flag low stock or upcoming demand.
Conduct monthly stock checks and support accurate inventory control.
Track loaned and temporary-use items and follow up on overdue returns.
Produce simple usage and stock reports to highlight stockouts, upcoming needs and demand trends.
Carry out administrative and operational tasks in line with agreed policies, procedures and instructions.
Provide first-line support within Executive Education, helping colleagues and stakeholders resolve routine issues and access the information they need.
Draft and develop standard materials, working to a clear brief, to support effective and efficient service delivery.
Organise and maintain databases, systems and records accurately and on time.
Who We Are Looking For
Good communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages, systems and/or databases.
Experience using software relevant to the role or area of specialism.
Strong attention to detail.
Good time management skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise work.
Ability to interpret and apply guidelines to specific tasks.
Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
Good team-working skills and a collaborative approach.

For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 5 days per week.
We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs.
